CCC Defined

Who Are We?

We are a nurturing fellowship reaching out in love, living lives of worship and service. Our church has been called together by God for three purposes:

What We Do?

Things We Enjoy!

Things That Don’t Excite Us

We are careful that these things not distract us from truly living in Christ, living in the love of Christ and living by the Spirit.

Why You Should Be a Part of our Church

Our church has three ministry objectives. Our ministry, to one another and to the world, is helping people:

To Live in Christ

We help people enter into a relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ. We receive forgiveness and the promise of everlasting life, and are changed by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

Then the Bible says we are “in Christ.” God has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in Christ.

When we begin to live in Christ, we live in a new realm the Bible calls “the age to come.” It is a way of life in which we experience new powers of the kingdom of God affecting every aspect of life. In this new realm, every action can be done “in Christ,” if it is done in the power of His Spirit and in a way that brings honor to Him.

To live in Christ is to live the life God intended for us, the life planned for us. This is your purpose for life.

It is our goal to help you to truly live in Christ.

To live in the love of Christ

God is love. It is His nature to give of himself in order to bring about blessing and good for us. It is His plan that we know His love and trust in His love. Nothing can separate us from the love of Christ.

It is hard to trust that He loves us when things go wrong. But the secret to peace in the midst of struggle, and the key to a full relationship with God is to be able to trust that He loves you. If only we could really trust in His love, we could persevere through any trial.

We can live trusting in His love.

It is our goal to help you to truly live in the love of Christ.

To live By the Spirit

Our choice is to live according to the sinful nature or to live by the Spirit. Christians live by the Spirit, acting not on our own but with power from the Holy Spirit, to have our minds set on life and peace and to put aside the misdeeds of the past.

The Holy Spirit empowers us, guides us and enables us to discern what God is doing all around us.

It is our goal to help you to truly live by the Spirit.
